- Person above 6 yrs: Rs 413 per person + Rs 75 Agency service charge + 5% GST
- Child up to 6 yrs: Rs 207 per child + Rs 38 Agency service charge + 5% GST

- Pick up and Drop Point - Behind Shreshta Bharat Bhavan Inquiry Counter (Near Amul Foodland Area). Vehicle Parking is available.
- Check-in time -15 minutes before scheduled time slot to avoid missing the cruise.
- To reach SOU take Approx. 40 Min. Holt at SOU jetty Approx. 20Min. Cruise return to SBB Takes Approx. 40 Min.
- Return Journey can be utilized by a passenger on first cum first basis. The last cruise for return will be at 6:00 pm. The return journey to be utilize within 3 hours (same or next return trip).
- The company reserves the right without assigning a reason to cancel the cruise.
- Passengers are not allowed to carry food and beverages.
- Passengers are not allowed bags on board.
- Passengers should not throw any Disposable or garbage items out in the water or onboard.
- The company reserve the right to itself to refuse any person whom it considers unfit to travel or may constitute a risk to the cruise or the passengers.
- The management is not liable for any loss or damages.
- The kid's age needs to be confirmed by documentary proof issued by Government. Parents to take care of kids on board.
- In rare case, if Attraction is not available, we will refund the respective amount, within 24 Hours.
- All Sightseeing at Kevadiya / SOU / Ekta Nagar remain closed on all Monday.
- SOU Authority's decision will be final in case of any changes / cancellation / restrictions in attraction, shows, bus services, etc.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full amount is refunded if cancelled 05 Days before of your visit date (5% Payment Gateway & Administrative Charges will be deducted).
- No refund if cancelled less than 05 days to scheduled arrival.
- Cancellation request date & visit date is excluded in days calculation.
