- Adult: 1,416 per adult + 240 Agency service charge + 5% GST.
- Child (6 to 12 yrs.): 708 per adult + 120 Agency service charge + 5% GST.

Important Information:
- Pick up and Drop Point - Behind Shreshta Bharat Bhavan Inquiry Counter (Near Amul Foodland Area). Vehicle Parking is available on Ekta Cruise Jetty.
- The kid's age needs to be confirmed by documentary proof issued by Government. Parents to take care of kids on board.
- Check-in time -15 minutes before departure to avoid missing the cruise
- The company reserve the right without assigning a reason to cancel the cruise. Refund will be initiated accordingly only on this ground.
- Passengers are not allowed to carry food and beverages onboard.
- Right of admission reserved. The company reserve the right to itself to refuse any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of the company may constitute a risk to the cruise or the person on board.
- The cruise management is not liable for any loss or damages.
- All passengers to deboard the vessel as soon as the vessel reaches the jetty as per instruction from the crew.
- Unlimited Veg Buffet will contain Welcome Drink, Soup, Starter, Main course, Live counter, Chaat counter, Desserts (subject to change without prior notice).
- In rare case, if Package is not available, we will refund the respective amount, within 24 Hours.
- All Sightseeing at Kevadiya / SOU / Ekta Nagar remain closed on all Monday. SOU Authority's decision will be final in case of any changes / cancellation / restrictions in attraction, shows, bus services, etc.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full amount is refunded if cancelled 05 Days before of your visit date (5% Payment Gateway & Administrative Charges will be deducted).
- No refund if cancelled less than 05 days to scheduled arrival.
- Cancellation request date & visit date is excluded in days calculation.
