Tickets can be booked online from the website statueofunitypackage.in.
How are refunds and cancellations handled? 
You can cancel tickets by requesting cancellation on sou@abtours.co.in or on the wts app on which you have received your confirmation. Refunds will be paid automatically in your account as per the cancellation and refund policy.
What is the validity of the ticket? 
The ticket is valid for one day for the Date mentioned in the document.
Is SOU tickets included in Tent City booking? 
All the sight seeing tickets are included in the booking as per your package inclusions.
Does a foreign visitor to SoU need to buy a different ticket? 
Foreigner visitors have to buy separate Viewing Gallery ticket (Observation deck). Rest all sight seeing tickets are the same for all nationals.
Do my tickets include the bus fare? 
Your tickets are already inclusive of bus fare and you need not pay extra bus fare. However, there will be extra charges, INR 50/- for each time, for CIRCULAR ROUTE BUSES.
Are there any charges for kids' entry or is it free? 
There are no charges for kids below 3 years. Everyone above 3 years are chargable.
Are there any student discounts? 
No, there is no discount scheme for students.

The Statue of Unity is a statue of Indian independence activist Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. It is the world’s tallest statue with a height of (597 ft) 182 meters.

Is luggage allowed in SOU complex? 
Purse, bag pack or small handbags with necessities are generally allowed in SOU complex. For exhaustive luggage, there is a locker facility available near SOU Complex.
What type of transport is available to visit SOU and nearby places? 
There are Hop-on / Hop-off AC sitting Buses for visitors in a circular route throughout the day. There are electric Auto rickshaws and Cars are available for transport at almost all attractions. Personal vehicles are Not allowed from Shreshtha Bharat Bhavan. Guests has to park personal vehicles in parking at Shreshtha Bharat Bhavan.
Are the transport chargable? 
Yes. Regular Hop-on/ Hope-off Bus Services charge is included in your SOU entry ticket. Rate for circular buses is not included in any package.
Are personal vehicles allowed? 
Personal vehicles are NOT allowed for transport from SOU parking to SOU and nearby places.
Is SOU transport available from the Tent City? 
For Narmada Tent City, Circular buses (charging INR 50/- per person per time) are available every 30 minutes from 8 am to 6 pm. For Statue of Unity Tent City, transport is included in SOU tent city buses in your package.
What is the validity of the Bus Service? 
Once ticket is booked, you can use SOU Bus services from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm n Hop-on / Hop-off basis. However, for Circular bus service, INR 50/- is charge per person per trip.
Is there parking facility available nearby SOU? 
Yes. There is a huge parking facility is available on chargeable basis.
Is SOU transport available form Kevadiya railway station? 
Circular buses, charges INR 50/- per person per time, are available for the railway station at its schedule timings.
What are the restrictions to be followed inside SOU Complex? 
To keep premise clean, throw trash in trash bins. Food from outside is restricted. However, baby food and medicines are allowed. Items like cigarettes, matchbox, lighters, other inflammable items, intoxicants and pets are prohibited in SOU premise.
