General reservation policy:
- Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
- For foreigners & NRIs: Passport OR OCI and Visa is mandatory for check-in.
- Early check-in & late check-out is subject to availability.
- Any modification in the booking will be done in accordance of Cancellation & Amendment policy.
- The primary guest must be at least 18 years old to be able to check into the hotel. Guest under 18 years should be accompanied by an adult to stay in the hotel.
Policy for booking with sightseeing package:
- All the sightseeing will remain closed every MONDAY.
- Tickets for sightseeing are strictly subject to availability. If any of the sightseeing is not available, we will contact you in 24 hrs of the booking done and amount of that ticket will be refunded.
- Sightseeing tickets are required to be purchased at extra cost for complimentary child.
- Express entry tickets to SOU viewing gallery is extra chargeable as INR 800/- per person. Contact us immediately after booking confirmation for Express entry ticket.
- For foreigners, SOU Viewing gallery ticket INR 1,530/- is payable extra, even if package includes it.
- Sightseeing to be done by SOU buses available from Shrestha Bharat Bhavan Bus Pick up Points. Bus charges are included in package.
- Any missed components due to any reason will not be refunded or shifted to other time slots / next day.
- Camera charges are not included in the package and payable extra as per the rule of each sightseeing place.
- SOU Authority's decision will be final in case of any changes / cancellation / restrictions in sightseeing tickets, shows, bus services, etc.
Cancellation and amendment policy:
- Free cancellation 5 days before Check-in date.
- No refund, if cancelled with in 5 days before Check-in date.
- Days for cancellation rule will be calculated excluding cancellation request day and Check-in day.
- Date amendment charges are applicable as per cancellation Policy above
- 5% payment processing charge will be deducted in case of refund.
- Any refund will take at least 7 working days to process.
